Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal, so the most common credit cards such as Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard and Maestro can be used. If you have a PayPal account you can pay directly from your bank account.
We are sorry but we are currently unable to accept cash, cheques, postal orders or gift certificates.


Is VAT included in the price?

Yes - all our videos and products include VAT.

What about my personal information?

We only gather some personal details in order to register you as a user and allow you to purchase materials. We are serious about privacy protection and will never share your information. All transactions are processed using a secure connection.

What will I need to watch videos from the webshop?

You will need a computer or tablet with an internet connection. You do no need to purchase or install any special software to watch the videos.


What are the technical requirements to use this site?

You will need a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone to view the videos. Speakers are also essential. We recommend an internet connection of 1.5 Mbits/sec or higher to get the most out of the experience.

Once I purchase a video, how long do I have to watch it? How often can I watch it?

Once you have paid for a video, you may access it as often as you wish and watch it as many times as you like.

What if I am having difficulty streaming the videos?

If it takes a long time to load the video, this can be due to the internet connection where you are. Try connecting to another network. Often times connecting via ethernet cable can help (if you are using a computer or laptop).

Why doesn't my video play?

If you are receiving and error from Vimeo, this is most likely because your Internet browser is out of date. Try updating it or using a different browser. Firefox (www.mozilla.com) and Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome) are good choices and both are free. Make sure you have the latest version of Flash player which can be found here for free: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

What do I do if I am still having problems watching my video?

If you are still having technical problems viewing the video, please contact us. We are here to help you and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as we can.
